Job Description
$15.00 Base Pay ( After 90 day, Performance Evaluation for Increase)
Performance and referral bonus pay

Qualifications:
Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
State of Florida Level 2 Background Eligibility
Valid State of Florida Driver License
CPR Certified
.TB test or Chest X-ray ( document must be for this year and renewed yearly)
Responsibilities:
Provide safe and compassionate personal care to clients at home
Provide compassionate companionship to clients
Light housekeeping of clients home
Run client errands doctor appointments, grocery shopping, prescription pickups
.Personal care (Includes Bathing, Dressing and assisting those with incontinent care)
